2. Products and Services
Widiart Studio specializes in handcrafted sterling silver 925 jewelry, including custom designs and commission-based silversmith work. Each item is made with care by artisans in Bali.
Custom jewelry orders typically take 7–14 business days to produce before shipping.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We accept payments via PayPal, including debit and credit card payments processed through PayPal. Your payment must be confirmed before production or shipment begins.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, production or shipping may already be underway, and cancellations may not be accepted.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer international shipping via DHL from Bali, Indonesia. Delivery time and cost depend on your location.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or courier disruptions.
5. Custom Orders
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of:
- Damage during shipping
- Proof of damage (clear photo or video) sent within 3 days of delivery
If the return is approved, the buyer must cover return shipping costs. We will offer a refund or replacement once the item is inspected and confirmed as damaged.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for non-custom (ready-stock) items within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Buyer pays for return shipping
- Refund is processed after item is received and inspected
